For I am She who's weak
And I am She who's strong while trembling
I am She whose strength lies in her weakness
I am compassionate & I am cruel
I am pain & I am cure
I am She who lives mostly in her dreams
And outside She can't even breathe
I am incomprehensible & I am clear
I am She whom you can't hear
when She storms in fear
I am war & I am peace
I am vengeance & I am forgiveness
I have so many contradictions
I am everything in between
Except betrayal that's so mean
I am the breaking day beam shot up high
I am the night that breaks the well lit sky
I am contemporary & I am in memory
I am hope & I am hopeless
I live to cause a change & I am absolutely clueless
I am the happiest princess
Except there was no coronation
For I am She, the one you see
Walking by with a phony smile
Trying to hide the works of time
For I am She..The loss & the gain
Except there was no game

The Ballad Of Reading Gaol..My fav verses
He did not wear his scarlet coat,
For blood and wine are red,
And blood and wine were on his hands
When they found him with the dead,
The poor dead woman whom he loved,
And murdered in her bed.
I never saw a man who looked
With such a wistful eye
Upon that little tent of blue
Which prisoners call the sky,
And at every drifting cloud that went
With sails of silver by.
And strange it was to see him pass
With a step so light and gay,
And strange it was to see him look
So wistfully at the day,
And strange it was to think that he
Had such a debt to pay.
Yet each man kills the thing he loves
By each let this be heard,
Some do it with a bitter look,
Some with a flattering word,
The coward does it with a kiss,
The brave man with a sword!
Some kill their love when they are young,
And some when they are old;
Some strangle with the hands of Lust,
Some with the hands of Gold:
The kindest use a knife, because
The dead so soon grow cold.
Some love too little, some too long,
Some sell, and others buy;
Some do the deed with many tears,
And some without a sigh:
For each man kills the thing he loves,
Yet each man does not die.
The man in red who reads the Law
Gave him three weeks of life,
Three little weeks in which to heal
His soul of his soul's strife,
And cleanse from every blot of blood
The hand that held the knife.
And with tears of blood he cleansed the hand,
The hand that held the steel:
For only blood can wipe out blood,
And only tears can heal
Ah! happy day they whose hearts can break
And peace of pardon win!
How else may man make straight his plan
And cleanse his soul from Sin?
How else but through a broken heart
May God enter in?

NeverLand
The current citizens of NeverLand think I don't belong to it..that's y I'll never find it.
Why you may ask?, I'll tell u..It's all cos of my shiny happy outside looks. They believe that NeverLand only appears to those who are hopeless and in despair..If they only knew!!
I'm definite I'll find NeverLand even if its citizens think I don't belong, they'll finally come around.

Loss is No Disaster
The art of losing isn't hard to master;
so many things seem filled with the intent
to be lost that their loss is no disaster.
Lose something every day. Accept the fluster
of lost door keys, the hour badly spent.
The art of losing isn't hard to master.
Then practice losing farther, losing faster:
places, and names, and where it was you meant
to travel. None of these will bring disaster.
I lost my mother's watch. And look! my last, or
next-to-last, of three loved houses went.
The art of losing isn't hard to master.
I lost two cities, lovely ones. And, vaster,
some realms I owned, two rivers, a continent.
I miss them, but it wasn't a disaster.
Even losing you (the joking voice, a gesture
I love) I shan't have lied. It's evident
the art of losing's not too hard to master
though it may look like (Write it!) like disaster.

They woke up..She didn't
They woke up but She didn't, She couldn't possibly wake up..not anymore
She couldn't take life's unfairness..not anymore
Her sweet blood running all over her room, if only She could see that sight..it's a relieving sight, so beautiful..now She can leave her room peacefully.
It's not a sad sight, people should exhilarate, rejoice for her belated freedom
She used to hide her tears from them, She couldn't possibly hide..not anymore
She couldn't take any false promises for justice..not anymore
The sun wanted to force a new day upon her but She passed this time.
They woke up but She didn't...She couldn't possibly do
She couldn't take life's unfairness..not anymore
Her sweet blood running all over her room, if only She could see that sight..it's a relieving sight, so beautiful..now She can leave her room peacefully.

The Future of Books
The ICUDL conference I enjoyed recently at bibalex it stands for "International Conference Universal Digital Library". It's the 2nd one, the first was held in China.
I enjoyed the talk of Mr Usama Fayyad from Yahoo! inc USA. He talked about how the internet now came to be a rich publishing area from individuals (blogs, flickr-yahoo just bought). He labeled the individuals publishing the "wisdom of the masses" which opens a good argument about the amount of junk vs the real authentic information present out there on the web.
Now the real question is: "where books stand now?", Are books dying? or in their way for extinction?!..The second speaker Mr Daniel Clancy, Google, Pointed out something I totally agree with..People tend to go for the easiest fastest way for getting the info they need. Let me give you this example: If u have this big library in ur college campus would u go search there or would u Google it instead?
So again where do books stand now?..I think the only chance for books is digitization. I'm glad bibalex is taking some smart steps towards digitizing the Arabic books, we got a great heritage we need to ensure its spread all over the globe right?!
